4. Advertising

Finova uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. Ads in Finova are optional and rewarded — you choose to watch a short ad (for example, to unlock more custom categories, voice entries, themes, AI credits, or to export a report). Ads never play automatically, and you can always decline by tapping "Not Now".

To serve ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect and use:

• Your device's Advertising ID
• Device and network information (device type, OS version, IP address)
• General information about how you interact with ads

This data is used to deliver and measure advertisements and to prevent fraud and abuse. Google may process this data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: where required under GDPR, we ask for your consent (using Google's consent tools) before serving personalized ads.

You can reset or limit your Advertising ID at any time from your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
